Can I have more than one account?
No. One account per person is the rule. Your membership, Wallet, and Gift Diary all live in one place, which keeps everything easy to track and prevents gaming of the programme.
How do I check my Wallet balance?
Sign in to your account at cutterandsquidge.com and navigate to the Squidge Society section. Your Wallet balance is shown clearly, labelled by order and with any expiry dates flagged.
How do I check my tier?
Your current tier is displayed in your account under the Squidge Society section. You can also see your progress towards the next tier from there.
What if I forget to use my credit at checkout?
Your credit stays in your Wallet until it expires (90 days from the date it was earned). You can use it on any future order — just tick 'Use Squidge Wallet' at checkout.
I placed an order but my credit has not arrived
Credit arrives within 24 hours of your order being confirmed. If it has been more than 24 hours and nothing has appeared, please get in touch with our team and we will look into it for you.
What happens to my credit if I return an order?
Credit earned from a returned or refunded order will be removed from your Wallet. We will let you know when this happens.
I have forgotten my password
Use the 'Forgot password' link on the sign-in page at cutterandsquidge.com/account/login. A reset link will be sent to your registered email address.
