At the moment, we don’t offer a sugar-free cake range. All our bakes are made using natural ingredients, and while we don’t use artificial sweeteners or add in artificial additives, we do use sugars in our recipes to keep everything tasting delicious and balanced.
That said, our cakes and biskies are a little different — we use around 50% less sugar and butter in our buttercream compared to traditional American-style frostings, making them a lighter indulgence without compromising on flavour.
If you're looking to reduce sugar, we also recommend enjoying a smaller portion — many of our cakes are rich and satisfying, so a little goes a long way!
