How do I get a refund for an order paid with Clearpay?Updated 7 days ago

Clearpay orders follow our standard refund process. Please note that refunds are processed back from Cutter & Squidge to Clearpay — we cannot offer a cash refund or exchange.

Once a refund is processed, any outstanding Clearpay payments will be cancelled and any payments already made will be refunded to the card you paid with. Until we've confirmed receipt of any returned goods, you remain responsible for making your scheduled Clearpay payments. You can view the details in your Clearpay account.
