Your order will have been made fresh and that's really when your cake is at its best. If you want to keep it for over 24hrs then please keep it in a cool dry place and devour it within 3 days of delivery or collection. If the cake is not being consumed within a few hours after collection/delivery, please pop it in the fridge and remove 3 to 4 hours before serving to allow the sponge to soften up.
