How will flowers be delivered?Updated 16 days ago

Our Flowers are dispatched separately via DPD or Royal Mail from our Flower Studio and separate tracking links will be sent to you. Our courier partners will aim to deliver on the  selected date. Royal Mail are 90% successful in delivering on a named date and DPD are 95% successful in delivering on a named date. We strongly recommend selecting a delivery date at least the day before any special day to ensure that your flowers arrive in good time to avoid any disappointment of a delayed delivery.

Next day delivery is available for flower orders place by 4pm Monday to Friday and by 12 noon on Saturday for Sunday delivery. If your flower order is received after 12 noon on Saturday it will be despatched for delivery on Tuesday, any other items will be despatched for delivery on Sunday.

Nominated day delivery is available for Tuesday to Sunday delivery days.

Unfortunately we cannot deliver flowers on Monday's at present but are working on it!

Letterbox flowers: Will be sent via Royal Mail if delivery is Tue- Sat and DPD if delivery is Sun.

These will normally be delivered to the recipient's letterbox if it can be, however, the delivery driver may leave these in a safe space. We recommend that you send the recipient the courier tracking link so they can track their parcel or send the courier further instructions.

Hand-tied bouquets: Will be sent via DPD Tues to Sun (except bank holidays)

The delivery driver may leave these in a safe space. We recommend that you send the recipient the courier tracking link so they can track their parcel or send the courier further instructions.

Please Note: Our Premium Delivery Courier is NOT available for flower delivery even if the address is within the M25.  If the order is a mix of flower and non flower items then the non flower items will be delivered by the Premium Deliver Courier.  The flowers will always arrive separately by Royal Mail or DPD.
