I have ordered flowers and another item (eg brownies) and only one of them has arrivedUpdated 16 days ago

These are sent from two different locations but with the same nominated date picked at checkout. In 95% of cases these will arrive on the same day but maybe by a different DPD courier and in 90% of cases for Royal Mail. 

If you placed your order including flowers after the flower order cut off of 12 noon on Saturday for delivery on Sunday, your flowers will be delivered on Tuesday. We can't yet deliver flowers on Monday but are working on it!

You will have received separate tracking links for each parcel, so we recommend keeping an eye on both. If for any reason your other parcel does not arrive, please let us know and we’ll be happy to assist further.
