The gel ice packs keep your cake beautiful, and in perfect condition during transit. As the packs defrost, the contents will become a clear gel inside their sealed pouches, they will become wet on the outside — this is completely normal. Non-toxic but not intended to be eaten. Dispose of with normal household waste once unpacked.
