What delivery options do I have for Flowers?Updated 16 days ago

Our Flowers are dispatched separately via DPD or Royal Mail from our Flower Studio. Our courier partners will aim to deliver on the  selected date. Royal Mail are 90% successful in delivering on a named date and DPD are 95% successful in delivering on a named date. We strongly recommend selecting a delivery date at least the day before any special day to ensure that your flowers arrive in good time to avoid any disappointment of a delayed delivery.

We can deliver flowers on Tuesday to Sunday's. Unfortunately we cannot deliver flowers on Monday's at present but are working on it!

For Sunday deliveries we need to have your order by 12 noon Saturday.

Letterbox flowers: Will be sent via Royal Mail if delivery is Tue- Sat and DPD if delivery is Sunday (except bank holidays).

These will normally be delivered to the recipient's letterbox if it can be, however, the delivery driver may leave these in a safe space. We recommend that you send the recipient the courier tracking link so they can track their parcel or send the courier further instructions.

Hand-tied bouquets: Will be sent via DPD Tuesday to Sunday (except bank holidays)

The delivery driver may leave these in a safe space. We recommend that you send the recipient the courier tracking link so they can track their parcel or send the courier further instructions.

Please Note: Our Premium Delivery Courier is NOT available for flower delivery even if the address is within the M25.  If the order is a mix of flower and non flower items then the non flower items will be delivered by the Premium Deliver Courier.  The flowers will always arrive separately by Royal Mail or DPD.
