What happens if I can't make a Clearpay payment?Updated 8 days ago

If you're unable to make a payment, please contact Clearpay directly as soon as possible. Here's what happens when a payment is missed:

• Clearpay will immediately pause your ability to make further purchases with them.
• You'll have until 11pm the following day to make the missed payment.
• If still unpaid after that, an initial late fee of £6 will be applied, plus a further £6 if the payment isn't made within 7 days.
• For orders under £24, the total late fee is capped at £6. For orders of £24 or over, total late fees will not exceed 25% of the order total or £36, whichever is less.
