What is a Biskie?Updated a month ago

A Biskie (pronounced bisk-ee — and yes, we're campaigning for a dictionary entry!) is Cutter & Squidge's signature creation: a fresh, handmade biscuit-cookie-cake hybrid filled with our specially developed lightened buttercream.

Our buttercream was crafted to use half the butter and sugar of a traditional recipe, packing it instead with real fruit, premium chocolate, and other extraordinary flavour-makers for maximum deliciousness with every bite.

The result? A uniquely moreish texture that's crisp, soft, chewy, and lusciously melty all at once — a full-on flavour fiesta in a single mouthful.
