What is the white gel pouch in my order?Updated a month ago

Nothing to worry about — that's our cool pack! For certain products, we pop a frozen cool pack pouch inside the box to help keep everything at the perfect temperature during its journey to you so that it arrives looking beautiful!

As the cool pack defrosts, the inner contents will turn into a clear gel or liquid inside its sealed pouch — this is completely normal and the pouch should not leak. It is non-toxic but is not intended for consumption.

Once you've unpacked your goodies, the cool pack can be safely disposed of with your normal household waste.
