For some of our products we pop a frozen cool pack pouch into the box to help keep them cool during the delivery journey.

As the cool pack defrosts, the inner contents will resemble a clear gel/liquid. It is non toxic but not meant to be ingested, this pouch should not leak. This is safe to dispose with normal household waste.
