How many portions do I actually need?
On average, 60 to 70 per cent of wedding guests eat cake on the day. To calculate your wedding cake portions, multiply your guest count by 0.65. For 80 guests that is around 52 portions. For 100 guests, around 65. For 120 guests, around 78. We always recommend rounding up to the next size rather than down.
Our largest wedding cake is the three-tier at 107 portions. For guest lists above that, we recommend pairing a three-tier with one or more additional single tiers in the same flavour.
