How do I store and care for my clotted cream?Updated 6 days ago
We use Rodda's Clotted Cream (in a cool pouch)
Your Rodda's clotted cream is packed in a cool pouch to protect it during its journey to you.
If your cream arrives warm, please don't worry, it is completely safe to eat. We've undertaken independent laboratory testing which confirms that Rodda's clotted cream remains safe without refrigeration for a number of days, so a warm arrival or a slightly delayed delivery will not affect its safety in any way.
Once delivered, place the clotted cream (along with any other chilled items in your order) in the fridge. Keeping it refrigerated after delivery will help maintain the very best taste, texture, and quality, so it's at its most glorious when you're ready to enjoy it.
