Will Cutter & Squidge check the spelling on my personalised sleeve or label?
No. We print your personalised sleeve or label exactly as you enter it. We don't proofread, spell-check or correct anything, so please check every name, message, date, number and photo in the on-screen preview before you order.
How do I approve my personalised design before I pay?
Before checkout, you'll see a preview of every personalised design in your basket. You tick to confirm each design is correct, then tick to agree to our terms for personalised orders. You can't check out until you've done both.
Do I get a copy of my personalised design after I order?
Yes. Your order confirmation email shows a thumbnail of your design, so you have a record of exactly what you approved.
Who is responsible if my personalised sleeve or label has a mistake I typed?
You are. You're responsible for making sure everything you add is correct and suitable, including spelling, and that the recipient's name and delivery address are right.
