What photo files can I upload to a personalised sleeve or label?
Photos and images must be JPEG or PNG files. Each photo area shows the size of the space and the photo size you need for a sharp print, in pixels at 300 DPI.
Why does my photo look fuzzy on my personalised sleeve or label?
Photos that are smaller than the space they fill get stretched, which makes them look fuzzy in print. When you upload a photo, we show you the size it needs to be and warn you if it's too small. We'll still print a lower-quality image, but we can't b
