How do I refer a friend?
Share the love and refer a friend to Cutter & Squidge. There is no limit to how many friends you can refer. Every time you refer a friend you earn from 1000 points and they will receive £10 off their first order! A minimum spend of £30 applies....
How do I check how many points and rewards I have?
You can easily view your points balance and available rewards by logging into your Squidge Society account or checking at checkout when placing an order.
Can I earn points for past purchases?
If you would like points to be added for past purchases, please contact us at [email protected], they will not be automatically added.
Will I still earn points if I use a discount code?
Yes, points will be earned based on the total order amount after the discount is applied.
When will my points be approved?
Points from purchases and referrals will be automatically approved 7 days after the transaction or referral is completed.
When do my points expire?
Your points will expire 12 months after your last order with Cutter and Squidge. You can find your points expiry date by logging into your Cutter & Squidge account, selecting my rewards and it will be under the section “Tiers”. Tier conditions:...

How do I redeem my free gift?
Add the item to the basket, alongside £15 minimum spend of other products and use your exlusive code to redeem your gift. You will have 2 weeks to redeem your gift from the time of tier upgrade.
Why has my tier changed?
We’ve updated our tiers so they’re now based on the number of purchases you make in a year, rather than the total amount you spend. This means some customers may see a change in their tier. Don’t worry — you’ll still unlock the same great rewards and
When should I use my code?
To lock in your golden treat, use your code within 30 days of 26th February 2026—that’s by 23:59 on 24th March 2026. Once it’s used, it’s yours to enjoy for the rest of the year!
How long can I enjoy my discount?
Your code is valid through 31st December 2026. After that, the magic ends and the code won’t be extended.
Can I use a different email address?
Your loyalty magic is tied to your Squidge Society email! Make sure you use the same address you registered with.
Can I use my code on a past order?
Unfortunately, no. Codes can’t be applied retroactively, and we can’t offer refunds for orders placed without the code.
Can I combine this code with other offers?
Your code works beautifully with Free Delivery on orders over £40, but it can’t be used alongside other discounts or promotions in the same order.
Are there things my code can’t be used on?
Yes, a few exclusions apply:. Wedding cake orders. Orders with flowers. Certain limited edition products (these are marked on the product page). Please note: the discount code cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
