How do I refer a friend?
Share the love and refer a friend to Cutter & Squidge. There is no limit to how many friends you can refer. Every time you refer a friend you earn from 1000 points and they will receive £10 off their first order! A minimum spend of £30 applies....
How do I check how many points and rewards I have?
You can easily view your points balance and available rewards by logging into your Squidge Society account or checking at checkout when placing an order.
Can I earn points for past purchases?
If you would like points to be added for past purchases, please contact us at [email protected], they will not be automatically added.
Will I still earn points if I use a discount code?
Yes, points will be earned based on the total order amount after the discount is applied.
When will my points be approved?
Points from purchases and referrals will be automatically approved 7 days after the transaction or referral is completed.
When do my points expire?
Your points will expire 12 months after your last order with Cutter and Squidge. You can find your points expiry date by logging into your Cutter & Squidge account, selecting my rewards and it will be under the section “Tiers”. Tier conditions:...
