Yes. Click Edit Order in your confirmation email, or log into your account on our website, and apply the code on your order status page. You need to do this within your order's editing deadline: 30 minutes for next-day orders, or midnight 2 days before delivery for other orders (4 days for postcodes on a 2-day service)

For orders that are placed for next day delivery, you have 30 minutes to make any changes using the self serve order amendment link, after this time no amendments can be made to your order as it will have been processed ready for despatch. 

For personalised sleeve and label orders, editing is switched off, so contact our customer service team with your order number as soon as possible.

Please note once your order has been processed and you have received tracking information, we cannot make any amendments to your order.
