Yes, gift messages are free. Add your message in the gift note box in your basket and click Save. We print it on a gift note and put one in each delivery. Forgot to add one?

You can add or change it through Edit Order in your confirmation email, up to the amendment deadline for your order. We can only print standard letters and numbers, so emojis won't print. We don't include prices or your details in the parcel, so put your name in the message so they know who it's from. Gift messages work on personalised sleeve and label orders too, but add yours before you check out, because personalised sleeve and label orders can't be edited once they're placed.

We recommend giving the recipient a heads-up that something special is on its way — it helps avoid any missed deliveries.
