Can I add a gift note/message?Updated a month ago

Yes, you can add a Gift Message for free! When viewing your basket, you can add your message. Don't forget to click save. We will print this on a simple gift note for you and one gift note per delivery address will be included inside the shipping box or bag.

If you have forgotten to add on your message, you can add this by clicking edit order on your confirmation email. This will take you to your order status page where you'll be able to make any needed amendments, including adding or editing a gift message. We can only support roman characters and cannot print emoji's at present.  

 For orders that are placed for next day delivery, you have 30 minutes to make any changes using the self serve order amendment link, after this time no amendments can be made to your order as it will have been processed ready for despatch. 

For all other orders your  have up to midnight 2 days before delivery (4 days for 2 day postcodes) to edit your order.

Some other points!

No prices or senders details are included within your order so please make sure your gift message includes your name. 

Let your lucky friend know that a gift is coming, and keep an eye on the tracking to avoid a failed delivery.
