No. Once you have a tracking link, the date, time and address on your Cutter & Squidge order can't be changed. For Premium Courier deliveries within the M25, you can call the driver on the number in your tracking link to give delivery instructions, but the route is fixed, so the address, timeslot and date can't change. For DPD and Royal Mail, your tracking link lets you choose options like delivering to a neighbour or a safe place. Because our treats are perishable, parcels returned to us usually can't be redelivered.
