Can I choose a specific delivery date and time?Updated 10 months ago

Yes, you can choose your delivery date with our date picker, and you can choose your time slot at the checkout. 

The earliest delivery dates will be shown in the calendar on our website. Unfortunately if you don't see the date you would like for delivery, we are unable to deliver on that date.

Is your order a gift? No prices are included with the order as standard. But please let your lucky friend know that a gift is coming, and keep an eye on the tracking.

If delivery fails and the address is within the M25, it comes back to us and delivery will be reattempted the next day. We will attempt delivery twice free of charge. If the delivery still fails after the second attempt, delivery will need to reorganised and paid for.

If delivery fails and the address is outside the M25, DPD will reattempt delivery on their next working day, however if the parcel is refused it will come back to us (can take up to 7 working days) and the order will need to be paid for again.

Please be aware these are fresh goods and will be disposed of if expired.

We are not able to organise redelivery by a certain or on a certain time. The delivery windows will be as chosen when order was placed.
