Not a problem! All of our orders are packed with packing slips that do not display the prices of the treats you have bought and do not show your details as the sender. Please make sure you use our gift message function to let your recipient know who the lovey gift is from!
We recommend you let your recipient know in advance that a gift is coming for them, this will avoid any failed deliveries. If your delivery fails as your recipient is not in, we will not be able to replace the parcel free of charge for you.
