How do I get a refund for a Send to Multiple Addresses order?Updated 25 days ago

Refunds are handled by our customer service team. Contact us with your order details and we will process any applicable/qualifying refund. If you need to cancel individual recipients from a larger order, we can do this and refund the relevant amounts as long as we are able to cancel before the order cut off time expires midnight 2 days before the delivery date . Contact us as soon as possible as changes will not be possible once an order has entered its fulfilment process (after midnight 2 days before the delivery date). Please contact our customer service team as soon as possible and we will do our best to process the cancellation and arrange any applicable refund.
