Do I need a Cutter and Squidge account to use Send to Multiple Addresses?
You can place a Send to Multiple Addresses order as a guest. However, creating an account lets you view all your recipient orders and track delivery statuses in one place, which makes managing larger orders much easier.
How many people can I send to in one order?
There is no maximum as long as the stock is available on our website when you place your order. You can send to as few as two people or as many as you like in a single order. For very large orders, our concierge team is on hand to help. Email concier
Can I send gifts to different addresses on different dates?
Yes. When using Send to Multiple Addresses, you set a delivery date for each recipient individually. You are not tied to one date for everyone. This is useful for birthday send-outs, staggered corporate campaigns or simply when different people need
What if my recipients have different dietary requirements?
No problem at all. Because Send to Multiple Addresses lets you choose the product for each individual recipient, you can simply select whichever items from our range are right for each person's dietary needs. Our full range includes vegan, dairy-free
Can I choose different delivery methods for different recipients?
Yes. You select a delivery method per recipient during checkout, so one person can receive their gift via a premium courier and another via standard delivery — all within the same order.

Is there free delivery on Send to Multiple Addresses orders?
Yes. Free delivery currently applies per recipient when their individual gift total reaches £50 (free DPD or Royal Mail delivery). This is calculated per person, not on your overall order value. So if three of your five recipients have gifts over £50
What is the cut-off time for next day delivery?
The cut-off for next day delivery is 4pm. For orders of more than 50 units, next day delivery is subject to stock and capacity. If you are placing a large order with a tight deadline, we recommend contacting our team at [email protected]
Can I send gifts to multiple addresses on the same day/ date?
Yes. You can set the same delivery date for all recipients or a different date for each — the choice is made per recipient during checkout.
Will prices be shown on the deliveries?

Send to Multiple Addresses is currently available for UK mainland deliveries. Country must be set to GB in your recipient details. I am afraid we cannot ship internationally yet.

Yes. A gift note is included free with every order. You can write one message that goes to everyone on your list, or write a unique personal message for each recipient individually. Your message is printed on a gift note and included in the box.Some
Is a gift note free with Cutter and Squidge orders?
Yes. A printed gift note is included free with every order, including Send to Multiple Addresses orders, regardless of order size. You type your message at checkout and it is printed and placed inside each delivery.
Can I write different messages to different people in the same order?
Yes. When using Send to Multiple Addresses, you can write a unique personal message for each recipient during checkout. Each message is printed on a separate gift note and included in that person’s delivery.
Is there a character limit on Cutter and Squidge gift messages?
Gift messages are limited to 700 characters, which gives plenty of space for a personal, thoughtful note. Please note we cannot currently print emoji's or non roman characters, if these are included in your message they will be printed as '????'.

Can I add more recipients to my order after placing it?
Once an order has been placed, additional recipients cannot be added to it. You would need to place a new order for any additional recipients. Discounts from other orders cannot be applied to any other order.
What information do I need for each recipient in the CSV file?
Each recipient row should include first name, last name, address line 1, city, county or region, postcode, country (always GB), whether it is a gift (Yes or No — if Yes a gift message must be added), and the shipping date in DD/MM/YYYY format. Email
