Each recipient row should include first name, last name, address line 1, city, county or region, postcode, country (always GB), whether it is a gift (Yes or No — if Yes a gift message must be added), and the shipping date in DD/MM/YYYY format. Email and phone number are optional but recommended as they are used to send the recipient tracking notifications which will avoid failed deliveries.

If you provide an email address the recipient will receive the following tracking email:
