What happens if a delivery is missed?Updated 4 days ago
Our treats are freshly made and perishable, so we really do recommend giving each recipient a heads-up that something lovely is on its way, it makes a huge difference to avoiding missed deliveries.
DPD (Nationwide):
DPD will reattempt delivery the next working day. If the order cannot be delivered and 48 hours have passed since the nominated date, the order will be destroyed as it contains perishable food. We are unable to re-deliver or replace free of charge if delivery fails because the recipient was not in, the delivery was refused, or the address could not be found.
Premium Courier (within M25):
If the recipient is not in, we will contact you for instructions. Our courier partner will try to redeliver the same day if their route permits, a redelivery charge will apply. If same-day redelivery is not possible, we can attempt delivery the next day or arrange collection from our Soho store, subject to your instructions received by 3pm and payment of a redelivery fee.
