How do I place a multi-address order?Updated 4 days ago

You can place an order with us via our Multi Order Platform here.

Simply add items you wish to send to your basket and then upload their addresses or a csv file with the recipients details.  

Submit your order and complete via our payment link. Hey presto - delicious, handcrafted gifts will be on their way soon.

Key things to know for multi-address orders:

• We deliver across Mainland UK — please flag any Scottish Highlands deliveries as these take an extra day.
• We cannot deliver to the Isle of Man, Jersey, Guernsey, Scottish Islands, Northern Ireland, or the Republic of Ireland.
• Payment is required at least 2 days before the chosen delivery date.
• Next-day delivery may not be possible for multi-address orders as these require manual approval by our team.
• Promotional discount codes are not applicable to multi-address orders — our corporate checkout has automatic high-spend discounts built in.
• During peak periods (Valentine's, Easter, Halloween, Christmas), please order as early as possible to guarantee your preferred dates.

Each order can include a personalised gift note. Please follow the instructions on our corporate page for guidance. A payment link will be emailed to you once your order is approved.
