Changes will need to be been made within your order editing period - For orders that are placed for next day delivery, you have 30 minutes to make any changes using the self serve order amendment link, after this time no amendments can be made to your order as it will have been processed ready for despatch.
For all other orders your have up to midnight 2 days before delivery (4 days for 2 day postcodes) to edit your order.
Delivery with Premium Courier
If your order is being delivered with our Premium courier service and you need some assistance or to provide specific delivery instructions you can call the driver using the number on your tracking link however address and date changes will not be possible as the Courier has a specific route they need to follow.
You will be able to track the drivers progress using the Tracking Link page.
Delivery with DPD/Royal Mail
If your order is being delivered with DPD or Royal Mail, via your tracking link you will have some options such as nominating delivery to a neighbour, a space safe or other instructions to help the driver deliver your parcel. Address changes are not permitted as your order is perishable. Any parcels returned to us by the courier will likely have expired and will not be suitable to be re-delivery.
