Need to update the delivery address, change the items, or add something to your order?You can edit or cancel your order by clicking edit order on your confirmation email. Need to change the delivery date, change the items, or add something to your order?
You can edit your order via the View your Order link for up to 30 minutes after you place your order. Your order will be cancelled and your basket repopulated so you can make your necessary changes and check out again.
You will be refunded for your original order and the edited order will be treated as a brand new order.
If it has been longer than 30 minutes since you placed your order, please email us as soon as you can, we are only able to amend your order 2 days before its due for delivery.
 
Orders placed for next day delivery, you will have only these 30 minutes to make any changes (a link is on your confirmation email), however after that we are unable to cancel or change the order.
 
Please note once your order has been processed and you have received tracking information, we are unable to make any amendments to your order.
