The good news is that our treats are carefully packaged in insulated packaging (and cool packs where we consider necessary) and stress-tested to handle a delay and adventure on their way to you. We've sent tens of thousands of deliveries nationwide and the vast majority arrive safe and sound, just as they left us.

If your order is for delivery with our Premium Courier delivery, as those orders are delivered by our dedicated courier company they are a more gentle than DPD or Royal Mail.

As we are sending food, DPD will automatically destroy your parcel after 48hours. If their delay  has caused your parcel to be destroyed then please contact us asap and we will offer a resolution.
