If your order is being delivered to an address that isn't yours, or someone else is receiving the cake, please make sure that they are aware they are receiving a delivery within your nominated time window.

If there are any specific delivery instructions or additional points of contact we need to know about, please let us know by phone or email! If we can't get touch with someone when delivering, or delivery is not accepted at the location, the order will go to the local depot and delivery will be reattempted the next working day.
