If your order is being delivered to an address that isn't yours, or someone else is receiving the order, please make sure that they are aware they are receiving a delivery within your nominated time window.
If there are any specific delivery instructions or additional points of contact we need to know about, please let us know by email at least 2 days before your delivery date. Please note that delivery time requests will be ignored and your order will be delivered within the nominated time window. Please ensure the venue is open during the nominated time window chosen.
Delivery via DPD
DPD will reattempt delivery on their next working day as long as there are no address issues preventing delivery, however if the order cannot be delivered and 48hours from the nominated delivery date has passed the order will be destroyed as it contains perishable food. If your delivery fails due to refusal, your recipient is not in or the address cannot be found, we will not be able to re-deliver or replace the order free of charge for you
Delivery via Royal Mail
Royal Mail will reattempt delivery on their next working day as long as there are no address issues preventing delivery, however if the order cannot be delivered the order be returned to us and will be destroyed as it contains perishable food. If your delivery fails due to refusal, your recipient is not in or the address cannot be found, we will not be able to re-deliver or replace the order l free of charge for you.
Delivery via Premium Courier ( Within M25)
We are not able to organise same-day redelivery by a certain time or on a certain time frame.
If your delivery fails due to refusal or your recipient is not in we will contact you for instructions. Our courier partner will try to re-deliver the same day if their route permits but a re-delivery charge will be payable.
If our courier partner cannot re-deliver the same day, subject to your instructions (which we will need to confirm we have received by 4pm) and payment of a re-delivery fee, we will attempt re-delivery the next day or arrange for your order to be delivered to our Soho Store for collection by you.
We will not be able to re-deliver or replace your order free of charge for you if the delivery is refused.
