My order is out for delivery and I need to amend the delivery instructionsUpdated a month ago
If your order is already out for delivery with our Premium courier service and you need some assistance or to provide specific delivery instructions you can call the driver using the number on your tracking link however address changes will not be possible as the Courier has a specific route they need to follow.
You will be able to track the drivers progress using the Tracking Link page.
If your order is out for delivery with DPD or Royal Mail, via your tracking link you will have some options such as nominating delivery to a neighbour, a space safe or other instructions to help the driver deliver your parcel. Address changes are not permitted as your order is perishable.
