If your order is already out for delivery with our London courier and you need some assistance the best way to get in touch is to call us on 020 8453 0212. On your tracking page, you should also have the drivers contact details and can reach out directly to them. 

If your order is out for delivery with DPD, on your tracking page you will have some options such as nominating a space safe available to you.
