If your order is already out for delivery, here's how to get help depending on your delivery service:
Premium Courier (within the M25):
You can contact the driver directly using the number provided on your tracking link page. Please note that address changes are not possible once a driver is on route, as they follow a fixed route. You can track the driver's progress live via your tracking link.
DPD or Royal Mail (nationwide):
If you have any specific delivery instructions (such as a safe place or a trusted neighbour), the best way to add these is directly through your DPD or Royal Mail tracking link once you receive it. Adding instructions there ensures they're visible to the driver on the day
If you have any specific delivery requests, the best way to share these is directly through the tracking link once you receive it. You will able to add clear instructions for the courier — whether that’s leaving it in a safe place (and specifying where), or with a trusted neighbour (including their house number). Adding these details directly ensures they’re visible to the driver on the day and adds an extra layer of accountability during delivery.
Once you have received your tracking link we do not have ability to change the delivery address.
