My order is out for delivery and I need to amend the delivery instructionsUpdated 5 days ago

If your order is already out for delivery with our Premium courier service and you need some assistance or to provide specific delivery instructions you can call the driver using the number on your tracking link however address changes will not be possible as the Courier has a specific route they need to follow. 

You will be able to track the drivers progress using the Tracking Link page.


If your order is out for delivery with DPD or Royal Mail - Send customer's tracking link. 

Inform customer that if they have any specific delivery requests, the best way to share these is directly through the tracking link once they receive it. They’ll be able to add clear instructions for the courier — whether that’s leaving it in a safe place (and specifying where), or with a trusted neighbour (including their house number). Adding these details directly ensures they’re visible to the driver on the day and adds an extra layer of accountability during delivery.
