Need to update the delivery address, change the items, or add something to your order?
You can edit or cancel your order by clicking edit order on your confirmation email. This will take you to your order status page where you'll be able to make any needed amendments.
Alternatively, please email us 2 days before your delivery is due and we can help.
Orders that are placed for next day delivery, you have 30 minutes to make any changes. All other orders have up to 2 days before delivery to edit. Sweet!
If you need to change your delivery timeslot or delivery date, please email us at [email protected] as we will have to do this for you.
Please note once your order has been processed and you have received tracking information, we are unable to make any amendments to your order.
