If your item is faulty or not as described, you can request a refund or replacement within 30 days of delivery. Please email a photo of the item along with your CS order number to: [email protected].
For a refund, we’ll send you a prepaid returns label. Once we receive the item, we’ll confirm when your refund will be issued.
For a replacement, we’ll also send a prepaid returns label. Once we receive the faulty item, your replacement will be shipped directly to you.
Please note: Refunds cannot be issued after 30 days from delivery.
