What is Cutter & Squidge's cancellation policy?Updated 6 hours ago

You can cancel a Cutter & Squidge order through Edit Order in your confirmation email, within these deadlines. 

Next-day orders: within 30 minutes of ordering.

All other orders: by midnight 2 days before delivery, or 4 days before for postcodes on a 2-day service.

Wedding cakes: cancellations at least 1 month before delivery, and changes at least 1 week before. 

Personalised sleeve and label orders can't be cancelled through Edit Order, because they go to print as soon as they're placed; if you have a question about cancelling one, contact our customer service team. 

If an order can't be cancelled, we can't refund it. 

Our cakes and treats are made fresh and are perishable, so under Regulation 28(1)(c) of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 the 14-day cancellation period for online orders doesn't apply. Full details are in our Terms and Conditions.
