What is your cancellation policy?Updated a month ago


You can edit or cancel your order by clicking edit order on your confirmation email. This will take you to your order status page where you'll be able to make any needed amendments.

For orders that are placed for next day delivery, you have 30 minutes to make any changes using the self serve order amendment link, after this time no amendments can be made to your order and cancellation is not possible as it will have been processed ready for despatch. 

For all other orders you have up to midnight 2 days before delivery (4 days for 2 day postcodes) to cancel or edit your order. Sweet! 

Please note we cannot make any amendments or cancel your order the day before the chosen delivery date or to orders that have been processed.

If an order cannot be amended or cancelled we will not be able to provide a refund. For our full cancellation policy, please read our Terms and Conditions page.

Please note our products are made fresh to order and are perishable. Therefore, under Regulation 28(1)(c) of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, they are exempt from the statutory 14-day cancellation period that applies to non-perishable goods. This exemption is in place because once production begins, the goods cannot be reused, resold, or safely returned.
