What is your cancellation policy?Updated a month ago
Need to make a change? You can edit or cancel your order by clicking Edit Order on your order confirmation email. This takes you to your order status page where you can make any amendments you need.

Key deadlines to know:
- Next-day delivery orders: You have 30 minutes from placing your order to make any changes via the self-serve link. After this time, no amendments or cancellations are possible as the order will be processed for despatch.
- All other orders: You have until midnight, 2 days before your delivery date (4 days for two-day-service postcodes) to edit or cancel.
- Wedding cake amendments: Must be made at least 1 week before the delivery date. Wedding cake cancellations must be made at least 1 month before the delivery date.
Amendment requests are actioned by our team between 9am–3pm however in busy periods our team may not be able to get to you request in time and we recommend changes are made via your order edit email link.
We cannot make changes the day before a delivery date or to orders that have already been processed. If you need to change your delivery date or time slot, please email [email protected] and we'll do our best to help.
If an order cannot be amended or cancelled we will not be able to provide a refund. For our full cancellation policy, please read our Terms and Conditions page.
Please note: our products are made fresh to order and are perishable. Under Regulation 28(1)(c) of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, they are exempt from the standard 14-day statutory cancellation period that applies to non-perishable goods. This exemption is in place because once production begins, the goods cannot be reused, resold, or safely returned.
