What should I do if an item is missing from my order?Updated 16 days ago

If an item is missing from your order, we kindly ask you to send us a photo of the entire order you received. This will help us investigate the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible. We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this might have caused.

If you have purchased flowers, these are separately despatched from our Flower Studio but with the same nominated date picked at checkout. In 95% of cases these will arrive on the same day but maybe by a different DPD courier and in 90% of cases for Royal Mail. 

If you have selected our Premium Deliver Courier, your non flower items will arrive via that courier as explained during the checkout process.
