What time will my flowers arrive?
Your gift order will be delivered by DPD between 7 a.m. and 9 p.m.. You’ll receive a text in advance with a two-hour time slot so you know when to expect them. For full tracking details, we recommend downloading the DPD app.
Will my flowers fit through my letterbox?
Our boxes are designed to give the flowers plenty of breathing room, so they won’t fit through a standard letterbox. That way your stems arrive safe, happy, and intact!.
Will the flowers be okay if they have to wait for the recipient to come home?
Some delicate stems may look a little tired from the journey—they’re just thirsty!Not to worry: flowers are surprisingly resilient. Once they’ve had a good drink of water, some flower food, and a little time to settle in, they’ll perk up beautifully.
