How much notice do you need?
We need a minimum of five working days' notice across the full range. You can also book as far as 38 weeks in advance, so feel free to secure your date early.
Can I change my order after booking?
Yes — amendments to size, design or flavour are possible and must be requested no less than three full days before your delivery date. If the amended cake costs less than the original order, the difference will be issued as a gift card rather than a
Can I cancel my order?
Wedding cake orders are non-refundable unless one month's notice of cancellation is given. If your plans change, we can hold your order indefinitely — just let us know your new date when you have it, and we'll need five working days' notice to reinst
I can't add carrot cake to the bottom tier of my wedding cake?
